Property Description : An infinity Swimming Pool and its open dining and relaxation areas looking to the Southwest allow for an unparalleled sunset view of the Aegean Sea every evening. From the pool area and the exterior lounge dining and relaxation areas with only blue skies above, the guests enjoy picturesque panoramic views of the Port of Paroikia, with vessels coming and going, and unique sunset views.Most of its windows are also oriented to the southwest.

The Property consists of three (3) buildings, the Main Villa and two (2) adjacent Guest Houses built around the swimming pool. The Property accommodates 12 persons (but also two or three extra beds can be added). The Main Villa comprises of the Master Bedroom with en suite (directly connected) bathroom and walking closet plus separate TV set , Living Room, Dining Room, Main Kitchen and a guest’s toilet (WC). It has a Parking space for two cars. Guest Room Icomprises of two (2) double bedroomswith en suite bathrooms a small kitchenette with induction hobs and a small refrigerator, a separate entrance door plus a separate Parking space for two cars. Guest Room IIcomprises of three (3) double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a small (fully equipped) kitchenette with induction hobs, oven and a small refrigerator.

In short drivingdistance (5 minutes) guests can reach the town of Paroikia and its Port with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, shops, taxis and buses. The beautiful Krios beach with blue crystal waters is also in 5 minutes driving distance or a 15 minutes’ walk away. The Naousa town and scenic small port and cosmopolitan restaurants and cafes is a 10 kilometers drive away. All Paros island beachescan be reached by car or boat (and a few of them by footpath walking). Getting to the Property from Paros airport should take approximately a 20 minute drive and a 5 minutes’ drive from Paros Port. There are taxi ranks exiting the airport and Port. The airport taxi should cost approximately 20 euros. Hiring a car is advised for a more adventurous and comfortable stay given The Property’s location.

Once you book the Magenta Sunset Villa we will provide you with the information you need to make the most of your stay. Every three days cleaning fee is included (including change of bed linen and towels). Extra services, such as everyday cleaning, breakfast and meals can be arranged. Our team is available on phone calls or by emails from 9am to 10 pm every day. One of us will be waiting for you at the Port or Airport of Paros (as the case maybe) at a previously arranged time to drive you to the Villa, hand you the keys and explain all accommodation details. Maid service for cleaning and change of bed linen and toweling every three days included.

Daily Rental Rates 2018:

Low Season (1st January - 1st June & 1st October - 31st December): 900 euro
Mid Season (2nd June - 19th July & 21st August - 30th September): 1,200 euro
High Season (20th July - 20th August): 1,500 euro

Daily rental rates include cleaning and change of bed linen and towelling every three days.
Terms of Payment: 50% of total rental upon confirmation and balance of 50% due 45 days prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit upon arrival: 750 euro
